TCCO Men

TCCO Men exists to connect men to Jesus and to each other, because we believe that life was never meant to be lived alone. We stand firm on the fact that every man has a calling, and that calling grows stronger when we walk side by side. Through authentic relationships, spiritual growth, and shared experiences, we’re becoming the kind of men our families, our church, and our world needs and can depend on. We know and whole-heartedly believe that as our men understand their God-given design, calling, role as outlined in Scripture, everyone in our church, our families, and in our community benefits.

This event is an outdoor gathering where men, ages 16 & older, can get away together for an overnight camping experience to enjoy live worship, camping, teaching, competitions, good food, and intentional time to connect in community with each other and God. Once a year, we trade the noise of everyday life for the light of a campfire and the stillness of God’s creation. It’s a chance for us a men to breathe, to connect, to worship, to laugh, and to reset. As stories are shared and prayers are lifted, something shifts inside us and it’s in these moments that we’re reminded of who we are in Christ and of what truly matters. The Annual TCCO Men’s Campout isn’t just a get-away, it’s an opportunity for brotherhood, reflection, and renewal that sends us home refreshed and re-anchored in our faith.

Once a semester (Spring, Summer, & Fall), we gather as men around tables, to connect, encourage, and grow. These mornings are simple but powerful. We enjoy great coffee and an amazing home-cooked breakfast. We hear a powerful devotion and then get time to share in real conversations with one another that are centered on God’s Word about the pressures of life and what it means to lead as men with strength and humility. It’s not just breakfast; its real connection among men and a truly great way to connect and grow together!

We know we are not designed by God to do life alone, that we need each other, and that we are all better together! Therefore, one of the ways we best support men in growing in their lives in every area is by offering a variety of connect groups for men to be able to do life together, grow together, and connect in community with one another. TCCO Women

TCCO Women exists to connect women to Jesus and to each other, because we know and believe we are not meant to do life alone and we need each other. We stand firm on the fact that every woman has a God-given calling and purpose and believe that this only grows clearer as we walk together in pursuing Jesus and in knowing who we are as women in Christ, finding our identity in Jesus and in understanding we are fully and completely known and loved in and by Him. Through authentic relationships, biblical discipleship, and shared experiences, we’re becoming the kind of women our families, our church, and our community needs…women truly connected to Jesus and other women, supporting and championing one another, daily wanting Jesus to be seen more in and through us! We know and whole-heartedly believe that as our women understand their God-given design, calling, role as outlined in Scripture, everyone in our church, our families, and in our community benefits.

We host 3 different SHE Nights, 3 times per year, once each semester…Spring, Summer, & Fall. These TCCO Ladies Nights are open to all ladies, ages 16 & older. These SHE Events involve various themes, refreshments, special elements and activities, an intimate time of worship, and an inspirational and challenging devotional. The most important element of each event is the time we spend gathered around tables, talking, growing, praying with one another, and truly connecting through developing and deepening relationships. The heartbeat of our SHE events is all about creating a space for women to grow in our understanding of our identity in Christ being rooted and grounded in His love for us, and for women to be able to CONNECT with Jesus and other ladies in deeper and more meaningful ways!

We plan a women’s conference opportunity for our TCCO women to participate in and attend together as a group on average every other year. Sometimes this involves travelling out of state to attend a women’s conference together, and other times this means attending a women’s conference all together right here in our own city. These conference experiences are always priceless and so many great connections and memories are made. These events become a chance for us as women to disconnect, to breathe, to worship, to laugh, to deepen our connection and relationships with one another and God, and to reset. We don’t see these times as only a “get-away”; these become opportunities of deep and meaningful connection that build and grow our sisterhood, and always cause us to return home refreshed, renewed, and re-anchored in our faith.

TCCO Marriage

At The Connecting Co., we know marriage was God’s idea and His masterpiece, a literal picture of His love for mankind and the foundation of every thriving home, church, and community. That’s why we at TCCO prioritize and pour our hearts into helping couples build strong, God-centered relationships that last and leave a legacy. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, walking through a difficult season and wanting to rebuild trust, or simply wanting to grow stronger and closer in your marriage, we’re here to walk with you, encouraging, equipping, and reminding you that God’s design for marriage is best, and it still works! We believe having the marriage you always dreamed of is possible, as you learn to do marriage God’s way! Our goal is not just to host great events, but to help every couple live out a marriage they never thought possible, rooted in truth, strengthened in community, and anchored in Christ.

TCCO has become well-known for our annual Marriage Conference event. Each year, this 1-2 day event is filled with practical teachings, powerful worship, and an environment that is fun, engaging, and inspiring. Each Marriage Conference is always open, not only to couples in our own church family, but to all engaged or married couples from the community. And each year we have couples attend our marriage conference from other churches, from our local community, and even couples that travel from other states to be a part of this well-loved event! Couples come as they are, but leave with renewed hope, stronger bonds, and tools to take their marriage deeper. Through applicable teaching, authentic testimonies, couples’ workshops, men’s and women’s breakouts, and moments of reflection, each event is thoughtfully designed to create space for heart-level connection for each couple. TCCO’s Annual Marriage Conference is designed to help each couple connect and build the strongest possible foundation for their relationship. Each year, we want to invite as many couples as possible to grow and experience the MORE and the ALL that God has for their marriages!

We LOVE partnering together with others to see more marriages win! We believe the church is not the only support that couples need in growing and strengthening their marriage, but that the church is a very important part of the equation and often the launching pad. This is why we offer marriage coaching and other resources to walk with couples in a variety of ways, beyond our annual marriage events and connect groups.
