TCCO Marriage Vision
At The Connecting Co., we know marriage was God’s idea and His masterpiece, a literal picture of His love for mankind and the foundation of every thriving home, church, and community. That’s why we at TCCO prioritize and pour our hearts into helping couples build strong, God-centered relationships that last and leave a legacy. Whether you’re preparing for marriage, walking through a difficult season and wanting to rebuild trust, or simply wanting to grow stronger and closer in your marriage, we’re here to walk with you. We want to encourage, equip, and remind you that God’s design for marriage is best, and it still works! We believe having the marriage you always dreamed of is possible, as you learn to do marriage God’s way! Our goal is not just to host great events, but to help every couple live out a marriage they never thought possible, rooted in truth, strengthened in community, and anchored in Christ.

Our Heart for Marriage
We know and believe marriage was and is God’s idea! Before governments, before institutions, even before the church, He established marriage as the sacred framework for connection, legacy, and covenant. We also believe healthy marriages are the foundation for thriving families, vibrant communities, healthy churches, and a legacy that lasts. Because when two lives are connected on purpose, with purpose, everything changes.
We have walked this out for over 25 years ourselves, serving in vocational ministry side-by-side, living in multiple states, raising kids, changing jobs, experiencing health battles, and walking through our own seasons of pain, loss, growth, and healing. Our own marriage story is marked by transformation, not perfection. Through trial and grace, we have discovered the power and beauty of what it means to live and do marriage by God’s design and no longer by default! It is our passion to walk with couples as they learn to build Godly marriages that endure, inspire, and leave a kingdom legacy. We want every couple to know and experience that having the marriage you’ve always dreamed of is possible!

Why It Matters?
At TCCO, we are PASSIONATE about God’s design for marriage! Since our church first opened in the Fall of 2020, we have always had a huge heart for and focus on investing into and helping build godly, healthy marriages in our church and in our community. We believe whole-heartedly marriage was God’s idea and the first institution He established. And we know that healthy marriages are the foundation of every other organization in our society: families, churches, communities, cities, nations. Because we prioritize and invest in building strong, God-centered marriages that last, we host marriage strengthening events and offer connect groups for couples. We are passionate about teaching couples the tools and principles necessary to live life and do marriage by God’s design and no longer by default and to help build marriages and families that leave a lasting legacy!
Marriage Events & Opportunities
Marriage Conference:
TCCO has become well-known for our Annual Marriage Conference event. Each year, this 1-2 day event is filled with practical teachings, powerful worship, and an environment that is fun, engaging, and inspiring. Our Marriage Conferences are always open, not only to couples in our own church family, but to all engaged or married couples from the community. And each year we have couples attend our marriage conference from other churches, from our local community, and even couples that travel from other states to be a part of this well-loved event! Couples are able to come as they are, but leave with renewed hope, stronger bonds, and tools to help their marriage grow and deepen. Through applicable teaching, personal testimonies, couples’ workshops, men’s and women’s breakouts, fun and creative elements, and moments of reflection, each event is thoughtfully designed to create space for heart-level connection for each couple. TCCO’s Annual Marriage Conference is designed to help each couple connect and build the strongest possible foundation for their relationship. We love seeing as many couples as possible grow and experience the MORE and the ALL that God has for their marriages!
Marriage Connect Groups:
We know we are not designed by God to do life alone, that we need each other, and that we are all better together! Therefore, one of the ways we best support couples in growing healthy marriages is by offering a variety of connect groups specifically geared to married couples for couples to be able to do life together, grow together, and connect in community with one another.
Marriage Coaching & Resources:
We LOVE partnering together with others to see more marriages win! We believe the church is not the only support that couples need in growing and strengthening their marriage, but that the church is a very important part of the equation and often the launching pad. This is why we offer marriage coaching and other resources to walk with couples in a variety of ways, beyond our annual marriage events and connect groups.
• Marriage Coaching — Pastors Travis & Leann Cherry have been doing pre-marital and marriage coaching for over 20 years now, and have walked alongside couples in every season. They are SYMBIS certified and Becoming One Certified Marriage Coaches. Whether you are looking for premarital counseling, are in a season of struggle, or are simply desiring deeper connection, Travis & Leann personally coach couples from all over the country and would love to walk with you as well.
